> Checks of full-assembled masks (filters assembled). Equipments for individual eye-protection > Regulations : European directive 89/686/EEC, "equipments for individual eye-protection", all tests of presumption of compliance with EC standards can be carried out for the following products:
- sunglasses and filters for industrial use (NF EN 172:1995),
- glasses and screens for eye-protection (NF EN 166: 2002, NF EN 167:2002 and NF EN 168:2002),
- eyeglasses and masks for motorcycles and motorized bikes users (NF EN 1938:1998),
- infrared (NF EN 170:2003) and ultraviolet filters (NF EN 169:2003), others (ask us for details),
- eclipse glasses (direct observation of the sun during an eclipse) (NF EN 1836:2006). > Class 2 (major risks) or class 3 (fatal risks) : Protective eyeglasses. The presumption of compliance with EC standards is established from the harmonized European standards EN 166, EN 167, EN 168 and EN 172.
At all stages of the conception of your E.P.I., our laboratory offers you the possibility to estimate rapidly and at a lower price their compliance with EC standards. This help in the elaboration and in the development of your products enables you to check their presumption of compliance with EC standards before the compulsory EC examination.
For all the presented products, we also offer you the possibility to check their compliance with other standards (ANSI, AS, DIN, BS, etc.) according to the country they are bound for.
